Summing up
The throw is where it all happens.
In order to get good repeatable shots you need good repeatable throws.
In order to get good repeatable throws you need good
repeatable
biomechanics.
So, you need to teach your body what to do. How to
move.
The better trained your body is in doing this repeatable bio
movement the better your scores will be.
The number 1 problem people have with their throw is the elbow sagging
during the throw. If your elbow drags down you will drag the
shot
down. Simple as that. You elbow should not MOVE
during the
throw. It should remain as firm and unmoving as possible.
All the action is in the forearm and wrist and fingers
(release).
You arm upper arm is not really used, it is the
platform
from which you will release you dart nothing more. and for
the
most accurate shot you will need the most stable platform.

I only started reading your program this morning and I played a match (best of 15 games against my computer program-(Rusys Dartpro) and I shot my highest average !It went the full 15 games and I did unfortunately lose.I had one dart at D20 to win but didnt hit. I had 3 180's ,20 tons and 6 140's. I shot a 70.11 AVE . I used the broom trick,I'll be using that technique for awhile ! My shots at the 20's were way more consistant. Alot less 5's and 1's. Thank you ! I'll be working with this program for a long time to come.
